What I Offer
“Dr. Hancock was a guest speaker at the Citi Tampa office where she led a Conscious Leadership Workshop for our Employee Pride Network. We explored how to be mindful and channel our leadership power. She guided us on staying curious, managing stress and anxiety, leading from a place of creativity and play, and how to move past 'just surviving' to where you are thriving. Genuine, authentic and knowledgeable, she connected with her audience through personal experiences. She radiates positive energy and one cannot help but feel more present and at ease around her. Dr. Hancock is an incredible resource, full of integrity and compassion and is skilled in organizational and relational change.”
— Dora Rosenbaum, Operational Risk Officer, Citi Tampa
“Lua Hancock is not only a tremendous leadership coach, but she also competently advised me during many on-the-job challenges I faced. Her coaching style is both challenging and supportive. Her know-how is vast given the amount of reading and professional development she has absorbed and put into action. I benefited greatly from the ‘know-how’ she gained from considerable experience in higher education at the cabinet level. She confronted me when necessary, while simultaneously guiding me toward new ways of thinking and acting. When I started my current role, I was not confident and suffered from imposter syndrome. I can truly say that I am better, more confident leader thanks to Lua’s coaching.”
